Import students

Student imports help you add a cohort without entering each learner manually.

Prepare the file

Use a CSV file with the student details required by your school setup. Keep names and school IDs consistent with your source system.

Import the file

1. Open Students.
2. Choose the import option.
3. Select your CSV file.
4. Review the preview.
5. Confirm the import.

If the preview shows unexpected changes, cancel the import and check the CSV before trying again.
